During Bhediya’s promotions, Bollywood star Varun Dhawan had said in an interview that his co-star Kriti Sanon is in love with an actor from Hyderabad. Since then, rumors of a romantic relationship between Adipurush stars Prabhas and Kriti Sanon began going viral on social media.
When rumors of Prabhas and Kriti Sanon’s engagement were doing the rounds around a month ago, Prabhas’ team had rubbished them instantly. And in a recent interview, Kriti Sanon had opened up about these rumors. “It all happened due to Varun Dhawan’s overenthusiasm. He was bored and wanted to cook up a gossip,” Kriti revealed.
Kriti went on to reveal that she had called Prabhas soon after the rumors went viral. “Prabhas asked me why did Varun talk like that and I didn’t know what to say. I had to tell him that Varun was my good friend and that he was just fooling around,” Kriti said. Adipurush is slated for release on June 16.
