The grand pre-release event for Nithiin and Sreeleela’s soon-to-release heist comedy entertainer, Robinhood, was held in Hyderabad on Sunday evening. Star Australian cricketer David Warner makes his Tollywood debut in a special role in this high-budget entertainer.
Speaking at the event, David Warner was all praise for the movie’s team and also had some nice things to say about Robinhood. He started off his speech in Telugu, greeting his fans with a “Namaskaram.” “From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you all for all the love and support over the last 15 years,” he said.
Talking about his foray into Tollywood, Warner said, “I was very nervous getting out of my colored clothing and getting into the film industry. I’m humbled to have come and participated in the movie. I’m humbled, honored, and feel privileged to you all for welcoming me into your family. From what I’ve seen, this movie looks absolutely amazing. I’m sure this movie is going to be absolutely massive,” he concluded.
When Robinhood director Venky Kudumula requested him to say something in Telugu, Warner amused everyone, saying, “Nenu Ninnu Premistunnanu (I love you).” David Warner’s cool dance moves along with Nithiin, Sreeleela, and Ketika Sharma on the stage are going viral on social media at the moment. Produced under the Mythri Movie Makers banner, Robinhood is gearing up for its theatrical release on March 28.
