After a long hiatus, Karan Johar donned the director’s hat with the family drama Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The movie stars terrific performers Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. At the worldwide box office, the film grossed more than 300 crores.

We have already reported that the film is having a dream run at the USA box office. The latest update is that RRKPK has crossed the 10 million dollar mark in North America and became the 7th Indian film to achieve this feat.

The other Indian films that achieved this glorious feat are Baahubali 2, Pathaan, RRR, Dangal, Padmavaat, and PK. The major credit for this monstrous feat should be attributed to Karan Johar, whose films have a solid following in North America.

Interestingly, the theatrical run of films released post Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani has come to an end, but this family entertainer is still collecting good numbers. Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Tota Roy Chowdhury, and Ronit Roy played supporting roles. Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios produced RRKPK.
