Karan Johar directorial Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani became the sixth Hindi film of 2023 (Pathaan, The Kerala Story, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Adipurush) to cross the magical 100 crores nett mark. The family drama stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.
The movie has now entered the second week, but it is in no mood to slow down at the box office. On its second Monday, the movie minted 4.30 crores at the ticket windows. Till now, RRKPK has collected 109 crores nett.
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani will lose screens to this week’s releases Gadar 2 and Oh My God 2. Hence it will be interesting to see how the family entertainer performs starting this weekend. Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Tota Roy Chowdhury, and Ronit Roy played supporting roles. Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios produced RRKPK.
