Shah Rukh Khan delivered the two biggest blockbusters of Hindi cinema in 2023 with Pathaan and Jawan. Up next, he will be seen in the film King which marks the silver screen debut of his daughter Suhana Khan. In an interview SRK revealed that King will go on floors in July or August this year.
The actor stated, “Lately, I have done roles that have demanded a lot from me physically. I think I need some rest and hence I took some time off. I have decided to concentrate on other things, and now I am attending all the matches played by Kolkata Knight Riders. I informed my team that I would attend the matches. I will be back on the sets either in July or August.”
Bollywood Badshah further stated that he knows Virat Kohli the most compared to other Indian players and called him the Damaad (son-in-law) of Bollywood. On the professional front, King Khan is yet to sign another project after King. Shah Rukh Khan will play a don in King, and there are reports that his role will be present throughout the film and that it won’t be a cameo. Sujoy Ghosh is the director.
