When the makers of Pushpa 2 announced that the film would have a 3D version, the majority of the audience were left shocked. The first part didn’t have a 3D version, but the makers tried to cash in on the sequel hype. Hence, the team planned to release the film in multiple versions, including 3D and IMAX.

However, the latest news is that the release of the 3D version has been postponed. The 3D prints are not yet ready, so, the film will be released only in 2D version this Thursday. According to a report in Bollywood media, the 3D version is expected to release on December 13. The exhibitors across all the regions are said to have been informed about this latest development.

Bookings were opened for the 3D version well in advance, but now the theatre chains have started removing all the 3D shows. The team raced against time to complete the post-production works, but unfortunately, the 3D version is not arriving this week. This is surely a huge disappointment for movie lovers across the globe.
