Sriya Reddy – My role in OG is in no way similar to Radha Rama Mannar

Pawan Kalyan’s OG is expected to hit the big screens in the second half of 2025. Directed by Sujeeth, the movie stars Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist. Priyanka Mohan plays the female lead, while Sriya Reddy, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, and others in pivotal roles. In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Sriya Reddy opened up about her role.

Sriya Reddy said, “My character in OG is so cool. It is in no way similar to Radha Rama Mannar in Salaar. It is so different, and you will even wonder if it’s the same actor. I am only working on OG at the moment and nothing else. I even learned kalaripayattu, a traditional martial art form from Kerala, for OG. I feel like Sujeeth exactly knows what the audience want and will deliver accordingly.”

Sriya Reddy added, “It’s definitely one of the better roles I have done in my career, even if I won’t call it my best yet. I shot a few scenes with Pawan. What really attracted me to him is that he’s so intelligent, well-mannered, and dignified. He has an electric personality. The way he presents himself and talks is interesting. We have some adorable scenes together in the film. I want to see the audience reaction to our scenes.”
