Star Hindi hero reveals he did South films only for money

Nawazuddin Siddique is one of the top stars in the country and was last seen in Saindhav, where Venkatesh was the main lead. Sailesh Kolanu directed the film.

Speaking in an interview, Nawaz revealed that he did South films only for money. The star hero also adds that he did not know the language and mugged up his lines.

One of the films he did only for big money was Rajinikanth’s Petta. Nawaz says he did Petta as he was paid big bucks to be a part of the film which was directed by Karthik Subbaraja.

Though he did not like his role, Nawaz did the film only to make big money, says the actor. As of now he is busy with multiple films in Hindi.
