Young hero Sumanth Prabhas, who impressed audiences with Mem Famous, takes the lead in Godari Gattupaina, the debut production from Red Puppet Productions. Directed by Subash Chandra, known for his acclaimed short films with MR. Productions, this marks his feature film directorial debut. Nidhi Pradeep makes her debut as the female lead, with veteran actor Jagapathi Babu playing a key role.
The film’s title, Godari Gattupaina, inspired by a popular song from Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, was revealed alongside a warm and charming poster that highlights the scenic Godavari region. Set against the tranquil backdrops of Velpuru, Relangi, and Bhimavaram in West Godavari, the film promises a feel-good story filled with friendship, fun, and heartfelt emotions.
The film features a stellar ensemble including Rajeev Kanakala, Laila, Devi Prasad, Sudarshan, Harshavardhan, Rajkumar Kasireddy, Viva Raghav, and Rohit Krishna Varma. With Sai Santosh on cinematography, music by Naga Vamshi Krishna, and strong technical support from Pravalya (production design), Anil Kumar P. (editing), and Nagarjuna Thallapalli (sound), Godari Gattupaina is currently being shot and shaping up beautifully.
