Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly is hitting the screens on April 10. Initially, Dhanush’s Idly Kadai was also announced for the same date. Heat brewed up between the fans of Ajith and Dhanush on social media, but all of a sudden, a speculation took them by surprise. The rumor had it that Dhanush would soon direct a film featuring Ajith, and the same was cited as the reason for Idly Kadai’s postponement.
In a recent interview, Aakash Bhaskaran of Dawn Pictures, who is producing Idly Kadai, responded about Ajith and Dhanush’s collaboration. He stated, “The project is in the initial stages of discussion. It’s very early to talk about it now. If things fall into place, we will make the official announcement.”
Aakash Bhaskaran confirmed that Dhanush is doing a film with Lubber Pandhu director Tamizharasan Pachamuthu. The project will soon go on floors. If at all Ajith acts in a movie directed by Dhanush, then it will surely be one of the most exciting projects of Kollywood to watch out for. Let’s see if that happens.
