PAN India star Prabhas will be next seen in the romantic horror comedy film The Raja Saab. The movie is being directed by Maruthi, who has a knack for making hilarious entertainers. Malavika Mohanan is making her Telugu debut with The Raja Saab, and Niddhi Agerwal is playing another female lead.
Marking the occasion of Prabhas’ birthday, the makers unveiled the motion poster today, and it looks splendid. The two-minute motion poster starts with a music bit playing the happy birthday tune, and then we get to see a palace that looks dilapidated from the outside. Prabhas is shown as an elderly king smoking a cigar. The glimpse ends with the caption: “Horror is the new humor.”
The best part of the glimpse is the unbelievable makeover of Prabhas. The star actor needs to be appreciated for his guts for trying something different with each film and it looks like The Raja Saab isn’t an exception to it. Thaman’s music is spooky, setting the mood required for a horror film.
Maruthi seems to have presented Prabhas in a unique manner in this horror comedy. The makers reconfirmed that the movie would make it to the theatres on April 10, 2025. TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory is bankrolling this flick.
