Skanda needs to click at any cost as Ram Pothineni has given only flops in the last year or so. Well, he has pinned all his hopes on this film which has been directed by Boyapati Sreenu.
The film is up for a release on the 15th of September and the pre-release business of the film has been going on in full swing. We have now come to know that Disney Hotstar has bagged the OTT rights of the film along with the satellite rights.
The news is that Star Network has spent a whopping 45 crores on these rights. This is huge money considering the market of Ram and Boyapati Sreenu. Other rights of the film like audio rights have been sold for 5 crores.
Skanda is an action drama that has been made on a massive scale and is Ram Pothineni’s first pan-India film. Thaman has scored the music and Sreeleela is the heroine.
