The stampede that happened during the premiere show of Pushpa 2 at Sandhya 70 MM resulted in the death of a lady named Revathi. Her son Sri Tej got injured severely and is now being treated in KIMS Hospital, Hyderabad. Due to the severity of the issue, Allu Arjun was arrested by Chikkadpally Police. The actor has come out on interim bail and promised to give monetary support to the aggrieved.
However, there has been criticism that Allu Arjun didn’t meet the family personally. Today, Allu Aravind visited Sri Tej and gave clarification. He said, “I met Sri Tej after the government permitted me. He is doing well, but it will take time for him to get back to normal. Many are asking us why Bunny didn’t visit the hospital. Initially, when this unfortunate incident happened, Bunny wanted to visit Sri Tej. But KIMS management stopped him.”
Allu Aravind added, “Later, a police case was registered against Bunny, and our lawyer Niranjan Reddy advised him not to go to the hospital due to the legal proceedings. Bunny is feeling bad for not being able to visit Sri Tej. We will provide all the necessary support to the family. Bunny will meet Sri Tej after the legal proceedings are sorted out.”
