Tovino Thomas’ ARM to release in this foreign language

Popular Mollywood hero Tovino Thomas will soon be seen in the ambitious magnum opus, Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM). The title literally translates to ‘Ajay’s Second Robbery’. ARM marks Tovino’s 50th film as an actor. The high-budget entertainer is slated for its world theatrical release on September 12 in multiple Indian languages.

During a latest promotional event, Tovino revealed that ARM will be released in Spanish apart from Malayalam, Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Additionally, the Malayalam version will be released with subtitles in 30 Indian and foreign languages. The actor and the film’s team believe that ARM has a universal theme, which will strike a chord with an international audience.

ARM is an action entertainer set in an imaginary world. The film explores the 1900, 1950, and 1990 time periods. Tovino Thomas will be seen in three distinct characters, one of which is that of a robber. The actor took part in workshops to get into the skin of the characters and also learned the ancient Kerala martial arts form, Kalaripayattu, for 6 months.

ARM also features three different love stories, with young actresses Aishwarya Rajesh, Krithi Shetty, and Surabhi Lakshmi playing Tovino’s leading ladies. Directed by debutant Jithin Lal, the film is produced on a massive scale by Listin Stephen under the banners Magic Frames and UGM Motion Pictures, in association with Dr. Zakaria Thomas. Noted Tollywood production house Mythri Movie Makers will be releasing ARM’s Telugu version, while Baahubali’s Hindi distributor Anil Thadani is releasing the Hindi version.
