Veteran Kollywood actor and Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK) party leader Vijayakanth was hospitalized a couple of days ago after experiencing slight chest pain. Initially, on Saturday, DMDK released a note stating that he was doing well.
However, according to the latest reports, the actor, admitted to a private hospital in Nungambakkam, Chennai, is now under artificial respiration, and his condition is considered somewhat serious. An official press note from the hospital management or DMDK officials is awaited to provide clarification.
