Kollywood star director Vetrimaaran recently came up with a period crime thriller Viduthalai starring Soori in the lead role. This is a two-part film and has Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role.
The first part has emerged as a successful venture, and now the movie is available for streaming on ZEE5. The latest news is that the film is trending at the top spot in ZEE5 India’s movies section. The makers also added the Director’s cut in the OTT version, which is grabbing the eyeballs.
Produced by Elred Kumar under the banners of RS Infotainment and Grass Root Film Company, Maestro Ilaiyaraaja composed the tunes. Bhavani Sre played the leading lady. Gautam Vasudev Menon, Rajiv Menon, and Ilavarasu played other key roles. The Telugu version of the film named Vidudhala was also released in theatres, but the update about its OTT arrival is yet to come.
