Gaami, starring Vishwak Sen, opened to super positive reviews from critics. The team is being lauded by one and all for pulling off a visual spectacle with less budget. The film also took good opening at the ticket windows both in domestic and international markets.
But there seems to be some targeted negativity running against the film. On Book My Show, many bot accounts were found giving a 1/10 rating, and due to this, the rating has come drastically to 8.3 on the ticket-selling platform. This hasn’t happened for the first time in Tollywood, as films like Vijay Deverakonda’s Kushi and Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram also faced the same issue.
We need to see if the makers will take any legal action regarding this targeted negativity since the negative campaign might have some effect on the box office prospects. Directed by Vidhyadhar, the film stars Chandini Chowdhary as the female lead. MG Abhinaya, Mohammad Samad, Dayanand Reddy, and Harika Pedada played key roles, while the film was produced by Karthik Sabareesh.
