Music Review : Hello – Trendy & Soulful

Akkineni Akhil’s forthcoming romantic drama, Hello, is scheduled for a December 22nd release. The film’s music album was released at a grand audio launch event in Vizag yesterday. Let’s see how the entire album turns out to be

Song 1: Hello

Analysis: This first song on the album is the title track Hello which is sung by Arman Malik. Vanamali and Shreshta have penned beautiful lyrics for this number. This song has the hero singing about his soulmate in a very emotional and peppy manner. Anup Rubens has once again composed a trendy number which will attract the youth instantly.

Song 2: Anaganaga Oka Uru

Analysis: The second song on the album is Anaganaga Oka Uru. Looks like this song comes during the childhood episode and showcases the bonding between the lead pair. Sung by Sri Dhruthi, star lyricist Chandra Bose has penned some meaningful lyrics for this song. Anup Rubens’ soulful composition and light-hearted chorus add a lot of depth to the proceedings.

Song 3: Thalachi Thalachi

Analysis:  Moving on, the third song in the album is Thalachi Thalachi which is sung by Haricharan. This number sounds like a soothing montage song and Vanamali’s beautiful lyrics give life to the entire proceedings. The song will be a treat to watch on screen and will be an even bigger hit once the film releases.

Song 4: Yevevo

Analysis:Probably, the best song on the album, Yevevo is sung by Akhil Akkineni himself. The young hero springs a surprise with this number as his rustic voice nicely suits the mood of the song. Chandra Bose’s lyrics and Anup’s romantic composition make this song an instant hit the moment you listen to it.

Song 5: Anaganaga Oka Uru(Female Version)

Analysis: The fifth song on the album is the female version of Anaganaga Oka Uru which is sung by the versatile Shreya Ghoshal. Her iconic voice makes this lovely song sound even better. Touted to be a montage number, this song too will stay with you after you see the beautiful visuals on screen.

Song 6 : Merise Merise

Analysis: The album sums up with a beautiful wedding song called Merise Merise. Though this song is the weakest of the lot, it may work out on screen with its grand visuals and rich sets.

Verdict:-

On the whole, Hello’s music album is a perfect mix of youthful and emotional tracks. After Manam, Anup has once again delivered a classy album for the Akkineni’s as all songs having their individual identity. Yevevo, Anaganga Oka Oru, Hello are our picks and will be huge hits once the film comes out. Finally, Anup Rubens has done it again and wins half the battle for Akhil and team.
