Adipurush Nizam collections

Pan-Indian star Prabhas and Bollywood director Om Raut teamed up for a mythological drama called Adipurush. Kriti Sanon is the female lead in this movie which hit the screens worldwide last Friday.

By the end of its fourth day, the film had raked in a solid gross of Rs. 375 crores worldwide. However, compared to the first weekend, the movie slowed down a bit at the box office on Monday and managed to earn a sum of only Rs. 35 crores. Nevertheless, trade experts are expecting that the collections will pick up again from today onwards.

In the film, Saif Ali Khan played the role of Ravana, while Sunny Singh, Devdatta Nage, Vatsal Sheth, Sonal Chauhan, Trupti Toradmal, and others appeared in prominent roles. The movie is backed by T-Series and Retrophiles and features music by Ajay-Atul.

Pan-India star Prabhas’ recently released mythological magnum opus, Adipurush, has surpassed all expectations and had a good weekend. Despite the mixed reviews, underwhelming word of mouth and intense trolling and critisism of the portrayal of our gods and the epic Ramayana, the film registered solid numbers at the ticket counters across the globe and grossed over Rs 315 crore.

Adipurush’s Hindi version has had a decent outing across the country, particularly in the Hindi belt. In its 3-day opening weekend, Adipurush’s Hindi version collected a solid Rs 110 crore nett across India. The film opened on Friday with a nett collection of Rs 37.25 crore, followed by Rs 38 crore nett on Saturday. And on Sunday, Adipurush’s Hindi version’s collection dropped a little and ended up amassing around Rs 35 crore, taking the film’s 3-day total to around Rs 110 crore.

While the slight drop on Sunday is concerning, a lot is dependent on Adipurush’s box office performance on Monday and the coming days. Stay tuned for further updates on this high budget devotional film.

Released on Friday amid unprecedented hype and expectations, Prabhas’ pan-India mythological magnum opus, Adipurush, has had a phenomenal first weekend at the ticket counters across the globe. In the Nizam region in particular, Adipurush has touched the magical Rs 30 crore share mark in 3 days.

After amassing a whopping Rs 21.50 crore share on Friday and Saturday, Adipurush had an excellent hold on Sunday and went on to collect another Rs 8.20 crore share (incl GST) in the Nizam region. The film’s first weekend share in the region is Rs 30 crore.
