The makers of the Tamil sports drama “Test” opted for a direct-to-digital release. The film stars Siddharth, Nayanthara, Madhavan, and Meera Jasmine in the lead roles. Despite a well-known cast, there isn’t much buzz for this flick due to a low-key promotional campaign and not-so-exciting trailer.
Everyone expected the film to go live at midnight, but there has been some delay. Finally, Test is now up for streaming in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada audios, along with English subtitles. Since the film skipped the theatrical release, doubts were raised about its quality, and we need to see how the audience will receive it.
Test marks S. Sashikanth’s directorial debut, and the film also stars Nassar, Kaali Venkat, Vinay Varma, and others in vital roles. Chakravarthy Ramachandra and Sashikanth produced it under the banner of YNOT Studios. Shakthisree Gopalan composed the music.
