Even after getting such a negative talk for Saaho, the film raked in close to 200 crores worldwide and proved that Prabhas is indeed a superstar in the country.
Now, very soon he will start shooting for his romantic drama which is being directed by Radha Krishna. The film is being produced by UV Creations and will be extensively shot in Europe.
Seeing Saaho’s box office result, the latest we hear is that Prabhas has passed orders to UV Creations not to spend money like water and wrap the film in the needed budget.
The film is a period drama and there is a lot of detail that has gone into the film. So, Prabhas does not want to waste money and increase the budget of the film’s project
The initial buzz on Saaho has died down finally as the film has slowed down drastically in the last day or so.
The occupancy is several single screens and multiplexes in both the states have come down hugely and this has affected the revenue of the film.
Even though there are no big releases, Saaho is finding it hard to make merry at the box office. It has crossed the 70 crore mark already.
If the same continues, the makers will see some big losses in the coming days. The Hindi version has fared well when compared to other languages.
