Ram Charan’s Game Changer is nearing its completion. Maverick filmmaker Shankar is directing the movie, and this is the first time he has collaborated with a Telugu hero. Ideally, the film should have been released long ago, but due to Indian 2, the Ram Charan starrer encountered a significant delay. Ace producer Dil Raju is bankrolling this big-ticket entertainer.

While talking to a media outlet, Dil Raju revealed that they are planning to bring the film to theatres during Diwali 2024. “As no other Telugu or Tamil biggies are slated for release for Diwali season, we aim to release our film during this festive season,” stated Dil Raju. The producer further said that Shankar will completely concentrate on Game Changer from the second week of July.

The CG works are almost done, and the team is just left with the routine post-production work, disclosed the producer. Releasing the film for Diwali isn’t the best option if the makers are expecting huge bucks from the Hindi market. Already, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again are scheduled for Diwali release. These two biggies have a phenomenal buzz, and releasing alongside them will surely affect the box office prospects of Game Changer.

If the release doesn’t happen for Diwali for some reason, the movie will likely be out in theatres during Christmas 2024. Kiara Advani plays the female lead and Thaman is composing the soundtracks.
