Vishnu Manchu’s dream project, Kannappa, is getting bigger with each passing day. The fantasy drama has Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Shiv Rajkumar, Mohanlal, Kajal Aggarwal, and other top stars in vital roles. The film’s teaser was screened at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2024. Vishnu Manchu, Mohan Babu, and the team graced the screening.

The latest update is that the teaser will be launched digitally on June 13. But before that, Vishnu has decided to conduct a special screening of the teaser for fans on 30th May at a famous theatre in Hyderabad. The Telugu version will be screened for the select audience. Vishnu is visibly overwhelmed with the love shown by fans towards Kannappa, and hence, he is giving them the chance to see the teaser before others as a token of gratitude.

Vishnu revealed that the teaser received excellent response at the film festival from international distributors, and local Indians. Mukesh Kumar Singh, who helmed the Maha Bharat serial, is directing this big-ticket entertainer. Mohan Babu is bankrolling Kannappa under the banners of 24 Frames Factory and AVA Entertainment. Mani Sharma and Stephen Devassy are composing the tunes. Preity Mukundhan is playing the female lead.
