Vijay Deverakonda was panned heavily by critics and audiences for his recent outing, Family Star. The movie was the second collaboration of Vijay and Parasuram after the blockbuster Geetha Govindam, and hence the expectations were mighty. The young actor is now looking to score a big hit with his next which is being directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri of Jersey fame.
According to the latest buzz on social media, there won’t be any songs in this as-yet-untitled film, just like Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Kaithi (Khaidi in Telugu). The movie’s background score is said to play a vital role, according to the rumors. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director for this crazy project.
Vijay Deverakonda plays a cop in this Gowtham Tinnanuri’s directorial, and by the first look poster, it appears that it would be a serious film. Lately, there has been a complaint among the audience that songs are disturbing the story’s flow, and if this rumor about Vijay’s film turns out to be true, surely it will be a welcome move.
