Today will forever be remembered by all the die-hard fans of actor-politician Pawan Kalyan. The Janasena President has assumed office as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh this morning in Amaravathi. He also took charge as the Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, Environment, Forest and Science and Technology at his camp office earlier today.
Soon after assuming his chair, Pawan drafted his first signature on two crucial files, the Employment Guarantee Scheme and the file related to the construction of panchayat buildings in tribal villages. Pawan also sanctioned funds for the horticulture department-related works.
Pawan Kalyan and his Janasena Party leaders registered a thumping victory in the recently concluded general elections in Andhra Pradesh. Janasena grabbed all 21 constituencies it had contested, along with 2 Lok Sabha seats. Pawan’s oath-taking ceremony was a grand affair, with several state and national leaders, film stars, Mega family members, and thousands of fans cheering for the firebrand politician.
