Q) How did you get into films ?
As you all know that I am actress Sanjana’s sister and studied fashion designing. Post that, I ventured into modelling and did close to 40 Ads. After seeing one of my ad’s I was offered a Malayalam film. In the past two years, I have done eight Malayalam and five Tamil films.
Q) How did you bag this film ?
When I was shooting for my Malayalam film, I got a call from Dil Raju’s office for the film. Initially, I could not do the film because of date problems. But as the project got delayed, I adjusted my dates and was roped in for the film.
Q) Tell us about your character in the film ?
I play an NRI girl called Pallavi. She is a very thoughtful girl who pens down all her ideas in a book called Pallavism. Each idea and thought of her has been showcased in an interesting manner during the course of the film.
Q) How was it working with Sunil ?
Oh! I had a wonderful time working with him. He is an honest and dedicated actor who has immense love for cinema. I learnt a lot from him during the shoot of this film.
Q) Did you take any suggestions from your sister ?
Nothing much. I decide on my roles and if I have any doubts, then I ask my sister who gives me perfect suggestions.
Q) Tell us about the director Vasu Varma ?
He is one of the most patient directors I have ever worked with. He is a cool person and has helped me immensely during the shoot of the film.
Q) How was it working in Dil Raju’s banner ?
I don’t have to tell anything special as everyone knows about him. The way he stuck on to me inspite of me not having dates is wonderful. He is giving me a good break and what I can expect more from him.
Q) What are your future projects ?
I will be working in Patas Tamil remake and also in the sequel of Rangam.
