It’s been several decades since the Telugu film industry made a superhero flick. Child actor turned hero Teja Sajja and Awe director Prashanth Varma’s upcoming pan-India film, Hanuman, is that rare superhero film that’s coming out of the Telugu film industry.
Hanuman was supposed to release across India on May 12. However, the makers today announced that the film has been postponed indefinitely due to the VFX work. The makers went on to assure movie lovers that Hanuman’s visual effects will be on par with the VFX of other biggies.
Starring Amritha Iyer as the female lead, Hanuman is being produced under Prime Show Entertainment’s banner. Stay tuned for further updates on this special project.
