Salaar stands as one of India’s most highly anticipated films at the moment. Directed by Prashanth Neel and featuring Prabhas in the lead role, the movie was initially set for release on September 28, 2023, but has now been postponed indefinitely, although no official announcement from the makers has been made.

In the meantime, various new release dates have been circulating online. Some speculate that the film will hit theaters in November, while others suggest that the makers are targeting a Sankranthi 2024 release.

According to rumours, Salaar is rumoured to be released on January 12, 2024. If this turns out to be true, it will clash with other films like Guntur Kaaram, Eagle, Naa Saami Ranga, and Hanu-Man. An official confirmation is still pending.

Salaar stars Sruthi Haasan as the female lead, with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Eeswari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, and others in significant roles in this pan-Indian film produced by Hombale Films. The film’s soundtracks have been composed by Ravi Basrur.
