With just a few hours left until Family Star hits global theaters, excitement is mounting. Directed by Parasuram Petla, the movie stars Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles, with Rashmika Mandanna in a cameo role.

The makers have officially declared that the movie’s runtime is set at 150 minutes. However, a few days ago, the CBFC’s censor report for Family Star surfaced online, indicating a runtime of 163 minutes with 5 objections. This difference in runtime has left fans of Vijay Deverakonda and movie buffs curious about the fate of the remaining 13 minutes of footage.

While some eagerly await confirmation from the team, others speculate that the deleted scenes might be released separately on YouTube or included in the OTT version. We’ll have to wait for an official announcement from the makers.

Featuring a talented ensemble cast including Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi, Ravi Babu, and Vennela Kishore, Family Star is produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations. It will initially release in Telugu and Tamil languages, with music by Gopi Sundar. Stay tuned for updates as anticipation builds for this eagerly awaited release.
