Following the setback of Extra Ordinary Man, Nithiin has redirected his attention to his upcoming project, Thammudu. Directed by Venu Sriram, known for his work in Bheemla Nayak, the film stars Saptami Gowda of Kantara fame as the female lead.
It is confirmed that Ooru Peru Bhairavakona actress Varsha Bollamma will also play a pivotal role in the movie, although she doesn’t have a full-length role. The official announcement is imminent.
Adding to the cast, veteran actress Laya portrays Nithiin’s sister in the movie, which is currently being filmed at RFC, Hyderabad. A high-octane fight sequence worth Rs. 8 crores has been filmed during this schedule. Ajaneesh Loknath is handling the film’s music, with financial backing provided by Dil Raju.
