Raayan marks the second directorial venture and the 50th film of the multifaceted actor Dhanush. Initially scheduled for a theatrical release on June 13, 2024, the movie will be premiered in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
However, recent reports suggest that the release date might be postponed. Although the team released a song a few days ago, there have been no further updates. It is speculated that the movie could be rescheduled for release in either July or August, but no official announcement has been made yet.
Featuring a stellar cast including SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Selvaraghavan, Prakash Raj, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Raayan is produced by Sun Pictures and features music composed by AR Rahman. Stay tuned for more updates.
