The Hindi film Munjya starring Abhay Verma and Sharvari Wagh is going great guns at the box office. The horror comedy came amidst decent buzz, but none expected huge box office numbers. Defying all the pre-release predictions, the movie amassed over 60 crores nett in India and is expected to collect over 80 crores in its lifetime.

Even after an extended second weekend, Munjya is extremely well today. Munjya is directed by Marathi filmmaker Aditya Sarpotdar. The latest update reveals that the upcoming film of Aditya Sarpotdar is also a horror comedy entertainer, and it will be released directly on ZEE5. Titled Kakuda, the movie stars Sonakshi Sinha, Ritesh Deshmukh, and Saqib Saleem in the lead roles.

The OTT platform released a motion poster to inform about the direct digital release. Kakuda is produced by Ronnie Screwvala under the banner of RSVP Movies.
