Deepika Padukone is all set to welcome her first baby in September this year and we all are aware of it. Well, there was news that she would get back to the sets of her new Hindi film by the end of this year itself.
But news has come out that Deepika Padukone is taking a year-long break. This news has been confirmed by her sources as Deepika has rejected the third season of the popular show The White Lotus.
She was also offered Rohit Shetty’s new cop drama, which was supposed to go on floors in the first half of 2025 which she also rejected. So, Deepika has set her goals right and has decided to only work when her baby is a little gown up.
Deepika was last seen in Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD. She is yet to sign a big Hindi film. We need to see what kind of projects she chooses once she is back from her maternity break.
