Young Tollywood character Prasanth Varma made the country take notice of his talent with his Sankranthi blockbuster, Hanu-Man. The superhero film ended up grossing close to a whopping Rs 300 crore at the global box office. Following Hanu-Man’s massive success, all eyes are on the film’s sequel, Jai Hanu-Man.

This morning, Prasanth took to X and shared a couple of photographs in which he is seen along with a monkey. The director went on to write, “So we meet again! And it’s a sign! #DIWALIisCOMING,” followed by a monkey emoji. Needless to say, Prasanth’s tweet has left the movie lovers excited, and speculations are rife that Prasanth will be making a formal announcement regarding Jai Hanu-Man on the auspicious Diwali festive day.

For the past few months, there have been non-stop speculations about the actor who will be playing the titular role of Lord Hanuman in Jai Hanu-Man. The latest buzz has it that Sandalwood star Rishab Shetty, who won the prestigious National Award for Best Actor for Kantara, has been roped in to play Lord Hanuman in the movie.
