Energic Star Ram’s upcoming romantic entertainer, Vunnadi Okate Zindagi, is scheduled for October 27th release. On this occasion, we caught up with Lavanya Tripathi, who is playing one of the female leads in the film, for a detailed interview. Here is the transcript:

Q) Tell us about your role in the film?

A) I’m playing an ambitious, smart girl who has a bundle of energy. This role is very similar to my real life character.

Q) You did many love stories earlier, what difference did you notice in this film?

A) This film will be very realistic. Today’s youths will easily relate themselves to the characters in the film.

Q) What is your personal opinion on Zindagi (Life)?

A) I do not take life too seriously and try to enjoy every moment of it.

Q) Tell us about your character’s duration in the film?

A) I should not reveal it at this moment (laughs). Usually, more than the character’s duration, I look at its importance in the film. For example, in the recently released Raju Gari Gadhi 2, Samantha’s role is very limited in terms of its screentime, but her character and acting stood as the backbone of the film.

Q) Can we expect a lady-oriented film from you?

A) Why not. I love to do women-centric roles, but we should have a perfect script and a good director to handle the project.

Q) Would you like to act in a horror film?

A) I love watching horror films as it’s my favorite genre, but I won’t act in those films. At the same time, I skip watching love stories, but interestingly, most of my films are love stories.

Q) Coming back to VOZ, tell us about the working experience with Ram?

A) I’m a huge fan of Ram’s work. He is a good actor and working with him was a very good experience.

Q) Tell us about your future projects?

A) This year, I already had four releases. Currently, I’m listening to various scripts and I will let you know when I finalize something.
