Young hero Krishna Vamsi and upcoming actress Mokksha star in the soon-to-release romantic entertainer, Alanati Ramachandrudu. The film is directed by Chilukuri Akash Reddy and produced jointly by Hymavathi and Sreeram Jadapolu under their Hyniva Creations LLP banner. The film’s recently released theatrical release has been getting a good response. Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations banner will be releasing Alanati Ramachandrudu in a grand manner on August 2. On this occasion, we had a brief chitchat with the hero, Krishna Vamsi. Here are the excerpts.

Tell us about your journey.

I hail from Kadapa. I have always been passionate about cinema since my childhood. I am a huge fan of mass entertainers. I used to watch all the movies of Balakrishna, NTR, and Prabhas on the first day first show. I acted in a short film during my college days. After graduating in engineering, I secured a job through campus placement. However, my passion for cinema only kept growing stronger. During Covid, I underwent acting training under Vizag Sathyanand. I later moved to Hyderabad to try my luck in the film industry and met my director, Akash, in the process. He was impressed with my performance in the auditions, and offered me this movie. I am very happy and feel fortunate. I am grateful to my parents, teachers, and friends for their support throughout my journey. I am eagerly waiting for the film’s release.

What is your favorite aspect of Alanati Ramachandrudu’s story?

Director Akash narrated a wonderful story to me. During the narration, I felt like I was watching a wholesome entertainer. I play an introvert named Sidhu in the movie. It’s a very complex character to portray, and I took up the challenge to prove by acting abilities. Also, there is a good emotional journey in Alanaati Ramachandrudu. These two are my favorite aspects of the movie.

Tell us about your preparation for the role?

I watched a couple of Hollywood movies to prepare for the introverted character. I also followed one of my friends, who is quite similar to the character I played.

Will Alanati Ramachandrudu strike a chord with youth?

Thousand percent. Apart from the youth audiences, even the family audiences will connect with the emotions between the father, daughter, mother, and son characters in the movie.

How is the title, Alanati Ramachandrudu, justified?

Sidhu is a man of virtues, just like Lord Sri Ramachandra. He is very honest and never lies. He goes through an internal conflict. An ocean has a lot of turmoil in its depths. My character is similar to an ocean. The heroine’s character name is Dharani (Earth). The way the ocean and earth converge is dealt with beautifully and poetically.

Director Akash has exceeded our expectations in executing the film. The soundtrack has come out well, and the songs are getting a good response. The re-recording and visuals will surely impress the audience. I am thankful to my producers, Hymavathi and Sreeram Jadapolu, and director Akash for this opportunity. I cannot forget Dil Raju sir’s support for our film.
