Miya Goerge is a young actress who is all set to make her debut in Tollywood with the film Yaman. On the eve of the film’s release, we caught up with her for a brief interview. Here is the transcript.

How excited are you for your debut film?

Actually, I was supposed to debut with Sunil’s Ungarala Ram Babu. But as the film is yet to be completed, I am ready with yet another film of mine called Yaman. So technically, Yaman will be my debut film in Telugu.

What attracted you towards Yaman?

The proceedings were written in a very novel way. I completely believed in the fact that politics is different all over but politicians are the same where ever you go. The manner in which a common man makes it big in the film attracted me a lot.

Your role in Yaman?

I play an actress in the film who seeks the help of Vijay Anthony and that is how the actual story kick starts. I had a good scope to perform in the film and I hope everyone likes my performance.

Working with Vijay Anthony?

He is a very good hearted person who is quite frank in nature. I always feel very surprised to see Vijay reveal that he does know much about various crafts in filmmaking and asks for suggestions to grow big in the industry. No one does that and it’s so inspiring .

Your role in Sunil’s film?

I am playing a typical Telugu girl who is quite traditional. The film is coming out quite well and will surely be a good hit and get me good projects in Telugu.

Your response about the whole Bhavana incident?

I am still in shock. Bhavana is a very good friend and we have already worked on a film also. Just two days before the incident happened, I spoke to her on the phone. We as actresses completely believe in the production vehicles arranged for us. But Sadly, even there we are not having security. I am happy that the actress has come forward and lodged a complaint against the culprits.
