Krack is gearing up for a big release this 9th of January and promotions are in full swing. On this occasion, we caught up with the hero Ravi Teja for a detailed interview. Here is the transcript.

Firstly, how did you spend your lockdown?

Touchwood, I had a great time. I had ample time to spent with my family and watched a lot of online content. Also, I worked on my fitness and reached a specific shape that I always wanted.

TN government gave 100% occupancy permission for theatres. What’s your opinion?

I am happy that movie theatres are coming back to life slowly. But in Telugu states, we are yet to get permission. I think our industry heads are trying hard to get the same permission and we need to see what will happen in the days to come. The only thing I say to everyone to be safe and wear a mask.

How was it shooting post the lockdown?

Frankly, I was a bit scared but credit should go to my producers who took solid care of us. We shot two big set songs with a solid crew and not one got affected and this shows how careful we were.

What’s special about your cop’ss role in this film?

The manner in which Gopi showcased me in this film is quite special. The manner in which I behave and mouth dialogue and engage in action, everything is new and stylized to suit the tastes of today’s audience.

Working experience with Shruthi Haasan?

I love working with Shruthi Haasan as he is a lovely person. Our chemistry is always special and now she is making a comeback with my film once again. She looks gorgeous than before and plays my wife in the film.

Your bond with director Gopichand Malineni?

This is my third film with Gopi and I am sure that we will surely score a big hattrick. He knows my strength quite well and showcases me in the best possible manner. When I am on his set, I have no tension and shoot as if I am on a holiday. He has narrated this film in a superb manner.

About competition during Sankranthi 2021?

Sankranthi is a festival that can hold multiple releases and we have seen that in the past. If our films are good, they will run no matter what. I am confident about my film as it is like a full meal to the masses who are hungry to watch good films on the big screens.

Future Projects

As of now, I am shooting for a film called Khiladi in the direction of Ramesh Varma. The film is 40% complete and post that film, I am yet to sign my next.
