A clean sweep by my near & dear- Charan about the 69th National Awards

Telugu cinema has transcended boundaries with Baahubali, and there has been no looking back since then. SS Rajamouli has once again set the bar high with the PAN Indian action drama RRR, which won awards at the global level. Then, Allu Arjun set his footprint on Indian cinema with Pushpa: The Rise.

The result is these two films have bagged 8 National Awards together. RRR hero Ram Charan has now taken to his Twitter to send his best wishes to all the winners. Charan wrote, “A clean sweep by my near and dear.” Ram Charan then congratulated the team of RRR who have won the awards.

Charan then wished his brother Vaisshnav Tej and his next film director, Buchi Babu Sana, as Uppena won the Best Telugu Movie award. Charan wished his cousin Allu Arjun and his co-star Alia Bhatt, who won awards for Pushpa: The Rise and Gangubai Kathiawadi, respectively. Further, Charan complimented all those who won the awards.
