In response, the Aay movie team has stepped forward to lend a helping hand to the flood victims in the state. The film’s producer has decided to donate 25% of the movie’s share from today through the weekend to the Jana Sena Party for flood relief efforts.
While this is a commendable gesture, it’s worth noting that 25% of the producer’s share may be quite minimal, especially considering that the movie has already been in theaters for 17 days, and its current earnings are likely to be low.
It remains to be seen how many more movie teams and industry members will come forward to support the Andhra Pradesh flood victims.
