Businessman and famous entrepreneur Ramoji Rao passed away early this morning. He inspired many people with his body of work, and his demise left the entire film industry in shock. Ramaoji Rao is the founder of Eenadu and Ramoji Film City.
A multitude of media personalities and members of the Telugu film industry came together to pay their last respects to Ramoji Rao, a testament to the respect and admiration he commanded. After paying his last respects, Rajamouli demanded the prestigious Bharat Ratna for Ramoji Rao. Allu Arjun supported Rajamouli’s statement through his Twitter account: “I had the same feeling in my heart, sir. You spoke my heart. Thank you for voicing it.”
The Telugu industry will stop shooting tomorrow out of respect for Ramoji Rao. The final rites will be conducted tomorrow between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M. in Ramoji Film City. The Telangana government has issued orders to conduct the funeral with state honors.
