Bollywood Baadshah, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, emerged as a new industry hit in Hindi cinema. Up next, he will be seen in the action entertainer Jawan helmed by Tamil director Atlee. The movie is actually supposed to release on June 2, 2023. But till now, there has been no update regarding the teaser and trailer of the film.

This disappointed King Khan fans significantly. The current buzz in the Bollywood media circles is that Jawan will hit the screens during the month of August and not on June 2. A few media portals reported that the postponement was due to the delay in VFX works.

Speculations about the postponement are doing rounds all over the internet. An official statement from the production house Red Chillies Entertainment is yet to come. Nayanthara plays the female lead, while Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is the antagonist. Star actress Deepika Padukone plays a cameo. Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra are essaying other key roles, and Anirudh is composing the tunes.
