The film had a poor response in advance sales, and it raked in just over 2 crore nett at the Indian box office on the first day. Now another Hindi star hero, Ajay Devgn, is set to deliver a poor opening.

This Friday, the actor is coming up with the romantic drama Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, and famous filmmaker Neeraj Pandey directed it. The film also stars Tabu in another lead role. It had zero buzz right from the announcement, and the trailer and songs failed to bring any excitement. As expected, the advance bookings started on a disastrous note.

The current trend suggests that Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha will open below 2 crores, which is shocking, to say the least. Unless a miraculous turnaround happens, the film is poised to become a massive disaster. Even with good word of mouth there is no guarantee that the movie will emerge successful.

It is because many netizens are opining that Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is a kind of movie that is better suited for OTT rather than for theatres. A few are bashing the film stating that it is looking like a daily soap with low production values. It’s going to be a hard time for fans of Bollywood Mass Maharaja till Singham Again arrives.
