The advance bookings of Kalki 2898 AD are on fire, and the trade pundits are expecting big numbers for the Prabhas and Deepika Padukone starrer. The day-one collection in Telugu states is going to be massive.

The makers have spent a bomb and for them to be in a massive profit zone, Kalki needs to touch the coveted 1000 crore mark. Will Kalki achieve that mark is the big question.

Kalki is also seeing good hype in North India and will start somewhere around 20 to 25 crores on day one. The film’s collections will go to the next level if Kalki starts with positive word of mouth.

Once the film takes of with a strong word of mouth, then there will be no stopping Kalki at the box office. Baahubali 2 is the highest-grossing Telugu film to date, and will Kalki cross the film’s collections is a big task ahead.
