NTR’s Devara is one of the most anticipated Telugu films this year. The actor has once again collaborated with Koratala Siva after Janatha Garage. But this time, everything is going to be much bigger. NTR is playing dual roles as father and son. The VFX-heavy movie has the Bollywood beauty Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead.

The actress is making her Telugu debut with Devara. It looks like the film is going to be a launch vehicle for the actresses. If the latest reports are to be considered, Marathi actress Shruti Marathe will debut in Telugu with this action drama. She is said to be playing the romantic interest of one of the two characters played by Tarak. Shruti Marathe has been part of Marathi, Hindi, and a few Tamil films.

The movie got postponed due to the delay in shooting. Saif Ali Khan, who is playing the baddie, suffered an injury recently, and he is expected to join the sets soon. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the tunes. NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts are bankrolling Devara. The new release is yet to be announced.
