Recently, Tamil star Vikram’s daughter Akshitha made headlines for her high-profile engagement as well as for losing her engagement ring worth several lakhs after a dine out with he friends at an ice cream parlour in Chennai.
A police complaint was lodged and cops frantically searched for clues to nab the culprit and checked a lot of CCTV footage and questioned numerous suspects. Finally, a cab driver named Lakshmanan returned the ring to Vikram’s family.
Lakshmanan is part of the Gandhi Foundation. He reportedly found Akshitha’s ring and came to know about its importance through news papers. He immediately contacted Vikram’s family members and handed over the ring to them.
