Nani and Keerthy Suresh’s Dasara has been running successfully in cinemas worldwide. The film is directed by debutant Srikanth Odela, who was once a protege of master filmmaker Sukumar. Critics and movie lovers have been praising the debutant’s directorial skills.

And Sukumar is proud and happy with his former Assistant Director’s maiden blockbuster. Sukumar took to social media and had some nice things to say about his former AD. Sukumar wrote that his heart is filled with joy and pride after watching Dasara. “| was taken into the world of Veerlapalli which my dear Srikanth odela has created. | am swooned by his visual narration,” wrote the senior director.

Sukumar went on to say that he loved watching Nani surrender himself to the character Dharani. “He always surprises me with the nuances in
his craft. Keerthy gave all her light to the character Vennela. While Deekshit Shetty shines bright as Suri. Special mentions to all the technicians who contributed to the film’s success,” Sukumar concluded.

While it’s heartwarming to see a master like Sukumar applauding his disciple’s success, his words of appreciation will surely leave Srikanth Odela and Team Dasara thrilled to no limits.
