Digital rights of Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter grabbed by this OTT platform

Bollywood star hero Hrithik Roshan’s aerial action thriller Fighter is all set to hit the big screens this Thursday. For the very first time, Hrithik is romancing Deepika Padukone in his career. The movie is based on the Balakot airstrike conducted by Indian airplanes and the India-Pakistan border skirmishes.

The latest news is that the digital rights of this Hrithik Roshan starrer have been acquired by Netflix for a solid price. The movie will be making its OTT debut only after 56 days of its theatrical release as mandated by multiplex associations. The makers of Fighter planned an aerial franchise, and Fighter is the first film in it.

Siddharth Anand of War and Pathaan fame is the director of this big-ticket film. This is the third film for Hrithik Roshan and Siddharth Anand together after War and Bang Bang. Rishabh Sawhney is playing the antagonist. The movie also stars Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi in vital roles. Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures bankrolled this project, which has its tunes by Vishal-Shekhar.
