Hero Nani has scored his career’s biggest blockbuster with the intense action drama, Dasara. Also starring Keerthy Suresh and Deekshith Shetty in lead roles, this Srikanth Odela directorial has royalty entered the Rs 100 crore gross club and continues to do well at the ticket counters worldwide.
In the Nizam region, on its 10th day, Dasara performed decently and collected a share of Rs 75 lakh (incl GST). The film’s 10-day total Nizam share is Rs 23.69 crore. Chances are high that Dasara will surpass the Rs 25 Cr share mark in the Nizam area in the next few days.
On the other hand, Ravi Teja’s Ravanasura, which released on Friday to underwhelming reports, could only collect a share of Rs 90 lakh (incl GST) in the Nizam region on its 2nd day. With this, the film’s 2-day Nizam share amounts to Rs 2.55 Cr. The box office prospects of this Sudheer Varma directorial look bleak, and it needs a miracle in the coming week to bail out the film’s buyers.
