Double Ismart, the sequel to the super hit iSmart Shankar, marks the reunion of Ram Pothineni and Puri Jagannadh. Kavya Thapar stars as the female lead. The recently launched teaser struck a chord with everyone, giving the makers a new ray of hope.
According to the latest buzz, except for three songs, the film has finished shooting. Two songs will be shot in Hyderabad and one in Goa soon. The team is planning to release the film either in August or September. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt plays an antagonist role in the film.
Mani Sharma is composing the tunes. His songs played a vital role in iSmart Shankar’s success, and we need to see what he has in store with this sequel. Charmme Kaur and Puri Jagannadh are producing the film under the banner of Puri Connects.
